We do not provide direct job placement services, but you are welcome to apply to any job openings we have now or in the future. Certification in an INACCORD training program is a necessary prerequisite for all of our employed mediators, arbitrators, and restorative justice practitioners.
We offer our students personalized one on one instruction from a practicing ADR instructor.
The training includes weekly web-based practice sessions and the niche market specializations of arbitration, workplace mediation, restorative justice, family mediation and health and eldercare mediation.
