Return and Refund Policies
Payments made for membership dues are non-refundable.
Refunds for merchandise will be issued with the return of the merchandise within 30 days of sale. Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded for defective merchandise.
Refunds will not be issued for workshop registrations cancelled less than 48 hours in advance or event registrations cancelled after the date specified on the registration form.
Order Delivery and Timing
Memberships will be effective immediately upon receipt of payment. Member information will be posted to the web site within 5 business days.
Merchandise orders will be shipped via USPS Media Mail within two business days from receipt of payment. Customers will be notified of any backordered items by phone within two business days.
Online Privacy Policy
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Mediators Without Borders and supporting websites.
On some pages, you can order products and services, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

The Way We Use Information:
Private Mailing List. We use the information you provide about yourself for inclusion in membership mailings and emailings. By joining our organization, it is assumed that you "opt-in" to this communication as a membership benefit. You can "opt-out" of these mailings at any time by means of the private members-only area or by contacting Mediators Without Borders directly (below).
Order Fullfillment. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
Return Email Addresses. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Sharing Information. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
